We are not perfect the pleasures of this world can get us wrapped up in doing things that bring us away from Jesus within the blink of an eye. We may not even know, that slowly we are getting off Gods path. The vibe is right we are with our friends one thing leads to another and then BAM we landed ourselves into a whole new everything.
Being a good friend sometimes does that to us too, but the good thing is when we have a friendship with Jesus Christ and we are actively hanging out with Him in spirit and His word (The Bible) know that He will never lead us off the path He has blazed for us. Also remember this path is going to very challenging at times.
Satan himself is always lurking in the shadows waiting for the moment to capture us and if for some reason one of us do end up slipping and the devil himself has a firm grip of us it is not the end. If Satan grabs ahold of you it will be horrible and you will suffer but please stay reassured that it is not the end for God loves all of His children no matter what we do. God is always going to be around waiting to help. It is up to us to get on our knees and ask for His help. With patience God will come with an army of angels to save us.
The pleasures of this world feel great. We are going to fall victim to these feelings because we are only human, skin and bone, with monkey sized brains. With Gods help we are going to be able to overcome each and every pleasure that will take us away from our paths that God has already made for us.
