We are powerful beyond belief. When one excepts Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior something super natural happens at the moment of salvation. The Holy Spirit enters into them. Blessed with the reborn nature of a child of God.
We inherit the traits of our mothers and fathers when we are born and when we choose to be born again into God's family we inherit traits of God the Father, Holy Spirit, the holy Trinity.
Why am I not some kind of super hero then? That is easy to answer our faith in our selves is not nearly as close to being God like. Lets not get ahead of ourselves because we have the traits of God does not mean we are God like. We must study the bible bring the bibles teaching in to this world and we must dedicate our lives to being as much like Jesus (God) as we can . Could you imagine how different this world would be if all of a sudden we all had God like powers? How interesting would that be. Leave your thoughts in the comments.
As a result of our choice to choose God as our Lord and savior the Holy Spirit is constantly at work bringing us to a fuller, richer, live and that starts with our relationship with God. We will need to take our time to grasp how great we have it by taking the time to appreciate the moments that last not even a second. We may live in a dark world as of lately but their is still more beauty than destruction. We have the power to change the world.
